    Three concentric zones: Glomerulosa (aldosterone) → Fasciculata (cortisol) → Reticularis (androgens). 'GFR — Salt → Sugar → Sex'.

      Outer; clustered cells; produces aldosterone.

      Middle; cords of pale 'spongiocytes' loaded with lipid.
