USMLEPrep™ is operated by Haven Technologies Inc. (“Haven”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to use USMLEPrep for educational purposes only. The platform provides board-prep content and tools and does not constitute medical advice.

Account

You’re responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Paid plans (Pro and Premium) bill on a recurring cycle and automatically renew at the end of each billing period:

• Monthly plans renew every month on the same calendar day as the initial purchase. Your payment method on file is charged the then-current monthly amount.
• Annual plans renew every year on the anniversary of the initial purchase. Your payment method on file is charged the then-current annual amount.
• You will receive an email reminder approximately seven (7) days before each renewal so you can review or cancel in advance.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your access continues until then, and the next scheduled renewal will not occur.

No refunds

All subscription charges are non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to): partial-month or partial-year usage, mid-period cancellations, unused features, accidental renewals where the cancellation date was missed, and downgrades. Once a charge is processed it is final.

The only narrow exceptions are: (a) duplicate charges that are demonstrably our or the payment processor’s error, and (b) refunds we are legally required to issue under applicable consumer-protection statutes in your jurisdiction. In those cases, contact billing@usmleprep.org with the relevant Stripe receipt.

By subscribing you affirmatively acknowledge this no-refund policy and the auto-renewal terms above.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices for new purchases at any time. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at the price they signed up at; we’ll notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before any price change that would affect your subsequent renewal.

Acceptable use

No scraping, redistribution, or use of platform content for commercial training of competing models.
